A telephone call from an organization regarding their concern over the insect infestation in the building where they had one of their precious textile collection stored, was the beginning of this work-plan.

To be sure about what i am suggesting my clients and to be accurate in my knowledge about the latest research in the area, i read almost all the relevant material that was available, including a book titled, “The Use of Oxygen-Free Environments in Control of Museum Insect Pests” by Shin Maekawa and Kerstin Elert.

While acquiring the material and equipment locally, we faced many challenges and questions. But, we managed to get the final solutions. Two teams are working in unison to achieve good results as well as learn more about the details of the treatment process.
